Dunkin'

The last 2 times I came here, my order was messed up. The first time, just by looking at the drink, I knew it was wrong. I had ordered an Iced Caramel Latte, but was given an Iced Coffee. The second time, which happened today, I ordered the Signature Iced Pumpkin Spiced Latte, but I got a regular iced latte, which, unfortunately, I only found out when I drove all the way back to work. I most likely will not be coming to this location anymore.

Dropped in for a quick iced coffee as it was one of those scorching days. Pretty typical DD, but turned odd very quickly. While chatting with the counter person I realized after talking that he wasn't talking to me. He heard what I wanted and went about putting the order together, but was talking into one of those ear pieces to someone else. Nothing diminishes an experience more than the false facade of attention. Life's too short for this type of treatment.

there was only one person working there. But it was OK and got our order right, it's better than the one on 46 they have a full staff and they still get your order wrong.

Always clean here and coffee always fresh as if made fresh per each cup. Best costumer service of all Dunkin
