Dunkin'

I just bought two medium coffee the lady working there gave us small coffees and when we told them to change it to medium just to put it back into a medium cup with more coffee . She just added hot water to our coffee, when I got home I noticed the coffee taste like hot water. No manners was it so hard to add coffee Instead of hot water??. We paid for medium coffees anyway. So disappointed never coming back to this Dunkin donuts.

Lovely service, great servers, everyone had on their masks and gloves! Got my free iced decaf coffee and got to cut the ribbon! Thank you guys, it was a pleasant surprise, made my day!

Ordered hot French vanilla coffee with whole milk no sugar!!!! He gave me coffee twice with SUGAR! Seriously ? I told him I’m allergic to white sugar and he was laughing:((( you are seriously killing me! Terrible service

NEVER going back. Extremely disrespectful, unpredictable older man. I order my coffee. Decaf Coffee, Steamed Almond Milk on the light side. I sat in my car took a sip and it tasted so watery. I figure. No big deal. I'll ask him to remake it. Well, let me tell you. He was beyond annoyed. Agitated. Raising his voice, not yelling. People are now coming in and I'm embarrassed because he's giving me a lesson on how to steam almond milk. When in reality YOU need a lesson on how to treat a customer and ditch your nasty attitude. I don't need someone raising there voice at me disrespecting, embarrassing me over something so minuscule! There is one guy that works there who is so nice! Wish he was there to handle the situation. I'll find another Dunkin to go too.
