Panera Bread

I used the drive through to purchase a sandwich. Not a good experience. I understand the line was big and saying the same greeting over and over and listening to undecided customers must be rough but they were not nice to us and they got the order wrong. No explanation of the 99 cents dessert when asked. At least the food was good. Hence the 3 stars

I tried the new value duets at Panera. It was a great value for $5.99 n Panera needs to add more options to this menu as it only has 4 options to pick from. They are mainly soup n salad or soup n a sandwich. The staff was not that helpful, felt like I was rushed. The staff needs to work on customer services n be more attentative n pleasant to its customer. At the end, meal was good for the price.

This location is convenient to go to, but I don't like coming here. People drive crazy in the parking lot and it's always congested because Chic-fil-a is right next door. The drive-thru is usually pretty slow. I've only been in the actual restaurant twice, and each time my experience was great. When I go through the drive-thru it's a different story. The cashiers aren't usually friendly and they rarely ask if you have a Panera account. One time I bought a hot chocolate and when I got home it tasted like hot water with a dash of cocoa powder. Luckily I was able to contact customer service and receive a credit. Other times, when I would say thank you after receiving my order, the cashier wouldn't respond and close the window- either because they're distracted, carrying on conversations, or taking the next order. They need to do better.

I've ordered here for a total of a handful of times. Each time, a number of items were missing. So buyer beware, check your orders carefully before you drive off!

If you order pick up, be ready they will spend half an hour before paying attention to you and then will be preparing it in front of you.nTasty and pricey.
