We wanted a replacement Dodge Grand Caravan, so searched online everywhere. When we expanded our search area, Portsmouth Used Cars came up with 11 choices of what we wanted. Research showed that their prices are really good, thus their no- haggle price policy.nnWe called ahead of time and spoke with Cynthia, a wonderful salesperson. Then we made the 1.5 hour drive down from our home in Maine. Cynthia had 1 of the 11 ready for us, gave us an overview of the features, and then pointed us on our test drive. While we were out, she started on the paperwork to help keep the process quick.nnWe agreed on terms and went to finance (forgot his name), but he was equally pleasant and explained everything quite well.nnWe knew what we wanted, we had a finance source ready, all went smoothly. In and out in 2 hours 15 minutes.

What a nice and easy car buying experience!The entire team at this dealership was welcoming and didn’t pressure us at all.David our salesman allowed us as much time as we needed to make a decision. I have never had such a smooth process while buying a car. All said and done we were in and out within 3 hours and we took our new car home that day! They really strive to make sure their customers are happy and do the best they can to make the deal work. We will definitely be back in the future!

I purchased a car back in March. I recently had a check engine light come on. I went to the dealer thinking my car was under warranty. After waiting 15 minutes for anyone to talk to me about the APPOINTMENT I made my car was taken in for a diagnostic. After being told it was just a spark plug and a coil pack that needed to be replaced I was told I was not under warranty. I gave them the go ahead to work on my car thinking there wasn’t much of a choice for me. It took them probably 2 hours (completely unreasonable). When I received the invoice I was charged $270 for labor. The parts were $16 for a spark plug and $195 for the coil. I found both of these online at a much lower cost. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU ARE UNDER WARRANTY. This repair should have been $200-$250. I payed double.

Excellent company to do business with. The staff is competent and friendly. The vehicles are just as described in their postings. The entire team is great. The service department is one reason I have purchased cars there for more than 10 years, and I will continue to purchase there.
