This is a great place for kids
The park has a nice playground with swings next to covered tables. Theres also a big open area with a path going around it. Its a great place for kids and dogs.
Nice black path along the perimeter. I like to walk my leashed dog here. We use doggy bags here but many people choose not to.. Grassy areas have never been maintained and grass isn't good. Some new trees have been planted to replace dead trees and to add trees in other areas. Nice playground equipment for kids. Often people allow their unleashed dogs to roam the park. Overall the city spends little time, effort, or money on this neighborhood park.
I watched the play place be built. We would run around when it flooded in strong rains. This park was good for sledding when it snows and the home of many fond childhood memories
