I usually go to the local place down the street.. but due to limited time, I ordered from cosmos due to their awesome order on line option. While my kids were eating they kept talking about how good the pizza was and how we should order from there more often!
Stopped by with my son since I enjoyed and recommended their pizza on previous occasions. He had the cosmos cheese steak sub - great flavor to meat, but bread should have been toasted - didn’t specify when he ordered but assumed it would be. Thought it was unusual that he’d have to ask? Have the sub a 4 of 5 as a result. Also had fries which were average - not as good as the sub. Would recommend and will come back, but advise that you ask for your cheese steak sub to be toasted!
Pizza tasted pretty good but I ordered my pizza lightly cooked and it was not even close, it was just about well done.
Buyer Beware. I was unhappy with the 3 steak and cheese subs I bought last night for a total of $32.51. They were room temperture and very dry. We didn't eat much of them. I called them just to let them know,not even looking for a refund. The nicest man answered and right away he said he'd replace the meal which I didn't expect. So today (next day) my husband called and was told by a young lady that she would only replace one meal,that its in the notes. We had 3 subs. 2 good and 1 bad? I don't think so. She told me manager wasn't there and also accused me of arguing. I asked for managers name and she said it was personal. I could go on an on. On a final note she told me to go order elsewhere. Definitely calling my bank and reversing that charge. Think twice before you go to Cosmos Pizza.
Good food. They just have to watch the accuracy of the orders.
