Richard and his team were fantastic throughout the entire process for me and my family. From our very first meeting he made us feel comfortable and helped us understand all the steps necessary for our case. Richard and his assistant, Ellen, were always available to answer any of our questions as well. As a fellow bankruptcy attorney, I want to attest to Rich's knowledge, professionalism, and expertise in our field. We can't say enough about Attorney Gaudreau and his staff (shout out to Ellen). He helped us navigate through and successfully complete a very complicated five-year-long chapter 13 bankruptcy. We had some bumps along the way (self created) and he handled our issues professionally and promptly. Communication is A+. We were always notified of next-steps and were forewarned of notices that may come in the mail that may scare us (legal notices may as well be in a different language all together). Whenever we had a question or concern, they were just a phone call or email away. Attorney Gaudreau is a fierce advocate for his clients and we always felt safe and protected under his guidance. We honestly believe we wouldn't have made it this far without him. If you are reading this Attorney Gaudreau, you and your staff have given us a second chance and a fresh start. What a relief it was to find Attorney Gaudreau! He works very hard for his clients and knows how to help with bankruptcies and related legal matters. His skill and expertise were crucial in successfully dealing with a large corporate bully in a lawsuit that other lawyers would not take on. When you need serious help, he’s your guy!

I had an excellent experience with Mr. Gaudreau. He was easy to talk to and accommodating. He alleviated my concern about my student loans. I recommend him to anyone in New Hampshire or Massachusetts needing bankruptcy or student loan advice.
