Worst business to work for! Ive worked At the Concord terminal and was there for over a year they only gave me a $.43 raise after killing myself and giving 110% to the job they don’t care about you and your family. My daughter had a temperature of 102 and they told me I was terminated a day before Christmas and anyone Wants to work for this company I suggest you not to or even use them as a delivery service they’re unprofessional. I was a full-time driver and barely made money there and now they’re hiring flex drivers for more money than I was making. Chris O’Neill and James Mansfield are incompetent of their job. I ordered a couch from Wayfair and Ship Right is their delivery agent in the area. I placed an (in stock) order Feb. 21st 2021 that Ive been trying to get delivered since February 25th. It still isnt her today! Monday March 29th. Now Ship Right Solutions says there are branches in my road that might scratch their truck. I live in New Hampshire, branches are on every road.....I have to rent a truck to go get it myself. This is ridiculous...I paid for concierge delivery. This will seriously impact my decorating services and I will not purchase from Wayfair in the future due to this company.

Very pleased with the experience. Just got my Wayfair order delivered. They were very professional and courteous and delivered the table with great care. They were also very good with delivery notifications. Thank you!

I paid for in home delivery of two couches. The drivers called, said they would be there in 20 minutes, however, when they arrived they did not knock, call, or ring the door bell. They simply left the couches outside. When I called to complain the company said I had signed for the couches, which I had not, and yes I did pay for in home delivery, so they would try to send the delivery men back. They never came back and since it is a pandemic, and I live alone, it was very hard to find someone to help me bring the couches inside (which is why I paid the extra cost for in home delivery) Horrible customer service and the fact that my signature was forged makes matters even worse.

They Had my product for 3 weeks and didn't know it. I had to tell them they had it.
