I received these Timberland boots for xmas. Right boot did not fit well (don't usually have this issue). Mislabeled size? Not sure but I sent them back with the intention of purchasing another pair in a store where I could try them on. Timberland sent then back to me saying they were worn.Yes, tried to see if I could deal with strange size. Wore them once. So disappointed. Almost $200 down the drain. I WILL NOT BE BUYING TIMBERLANDS AGAIN.

Hello, i bought a boot from Timberland Store in Ankara/Turkey on 24 November 2018. After i bought the boot from store i wore it just in the building from the apartment to the parking area. However the boot badly hurt my both ankle and it was not impossible to wear it. So, i went back home take the boot off and went to the store to return the boot and get my money back. I told the Timberland store manager the boot really hurt my both ankle and it is not possible to wear and walk with it and i want to give the boot back and get my money back. However the store manager rejected to return the money and claimed that the boot is defective product anymore and they can not get it back. The manager said because of the Timberland returning policy he can just get the boot to send for controlling whether it is really defective or not. Also the store manager said because of he Timberland returning policy the controlling process will take 21 business days (so it is 1 month) and we are in the middle of the winter in Ankara, it means i will stay without a boot in winter because of the Timberland returning policy. On the other hand if after controlling process they say “There is no problem with the boot!” because of the Timberland policy according to the store manager i have to get the same boot back so the store has nothing to do anymore. It means if the process end up like this i will have a useless Timberland boot because of the Timberland policy. Although I've told many times that this situation is full of absurdity and contradictions, the store manager sad once again that there is nothing to do because of the Timberland policy. I would like to state that I have never been satisfied with the boot of Timberland. I also complain that the Timberland Ankara store is far from providing customer satisfaction. They have a customer policy that doesn't suit a brand that makes business around the World. As I understand from the shopping I've experienced, the store doesn't care after what they sell.
