My daughters (8 & 10yo) have been taking classes at Buzz Durkin's Karate school for a while now and all I can say is amazing. Every interaction with my children has been thought full and well planned. Providing them with not only valuable life skills but a foundation to build upon.nnBuzz Durkin's Karate School is one of the FEW places where everyone belongs and is allowed to find their own path to success

I have to say this is one of the best karate schools around. I can not say enough about the staff, they are awesome! From Bridget in the office who is very sweet and welcoming and will help you with all your needs to the instructors who will do everything and anything to make your child feel comfortable. They don't treat you like your just a student, you are family to them! My son who was 7 when he started, had severe separation anxiety. He would not leave my side and struggled in school because of it. In less then a few months of taking karate here he showed great improvement. I couldn't have chosen a better place. Give them a try, you definitely won't be disappointed!

Five stars is not nearly enough to rate how happy my family and I are to have become part of the Buzz Durnkin’s Karate studio family. The instructors are true professionals, not only in their teaching style, but also by in instilling valuable life lessons for our children in a fun and friendly environment. Besides the physical regiment in training, Buzz Durkin’s promotes mental growth, politeness, being respectful, thoughtfulness, confidence and friendship through their student creedes and leading by example. The instructors have an amazing intuition when a student may need a little extra attention and are always willing to spend the extra time supporting their needs. The dojo also holds great events throughout the year promoting lasting friendships. I can say without hesitation that joining Buzz Durkin’s has been one of the best decision my wife and I have made for our family.
