We have always had excellent service from your company. Eugene works tirelessly to help us with our personal taxes as well as tax issues around a trust set up by my husband's father. He is extremely knowledgeable and up to date on the ever-changing tax laws and makes sure we pay the lease possible tax we are required or get a refund, if we are entitled.

This was our second year using H&R Block to file our tax returns. We were pleased with our experience last year and knew we would be returning again. Donna handled our return last year in person and she was gracious to help us again this year remotely . Donna was an expert at putting our income tax return forms together and figuring out every tax deduction and credit we could claim. She was thorough, organized, personable and communicated effectively to make sure she was doing everything she could for us. She even went the extra mile by putting tax return forms together for our 20 year old twins. To top it all off, she worked quickly! She called us to tell us everything was ready to be signed before we even knew she had begun. We had a great experience!

I have been taking my taxes to H&R Block for approximately 15 years. Sharon S & Sharon L have always looked out for my best interest. I appreciate their professionalism & knowledge as well as being extremely friendly as we work on our paperwork. Price is never an issue because it's always worth having professionals deal with something I could not do myself.nThey have my business forever.nThank you so much.

I wanted to cancel my Emerald card this year and called and canceled it. They had put money on the card before I got a chance to cancel it with out me asking for it. I didn't use any of the money that was put on the card. When I got my taxes done I was told that I had to pay the fee for the money that was put on my Emerald card with out my permission. I didn't ask for the money to be put on the card and they couldn't make the fee go away. I couldn't believe that H&R block was going to let a client go because they couldn't fix this. If this happens again next year I will not be getting my taxes done there. I will also make sure anyone I know that wants to get there taxes done there will know what I went through. I felt bad for my tax preparer that had to try to defend this practice.
