Andrew was great. He was very professional, gave all of his attention to me when I needed it, and was not judgemental at all. Answered any questions I had,, even if it didn't have to do with my case. He spoke to me like a human and dealt with the prosecutor and judge like a boss. All my charges were either dropped or downgraded. He worked out the perfect deal. 10/10 would recommend.

Called a dozen different lawyers looking for DUI specialists and found Andrew, one of the partners at Cohen & Winters who consulted with me for an hour even before receiving the case.nnI spoke often with Andrew directly, having detailed conversations. He fought all charges presented to me, and was able to get a plea bargain on all charges. Even the judge mentioned I was able to get such a good deal due to Mr. Winters' efforts and that I should be thankful!nnAs an out of state resident, this case was very stressful to deal with, but the whole experience was alleviated tremendously thanks to Andrew. I feel like he went above and beyond just a lawyer client relationship and am truly grateful for his services! Highly recommend to anyone who needs representation!

I was very trusting in Andrew Winter defending my 2 year old son. Unfortunately I found out he will lie about anything to take the quick and easy way out. Do not trust Cohen & Winters they are untrustworthy and only care about quick money.
