Staff are always very friendly, courteous, and professional. The gym is kept neat and clean; and they have plenty of disinfectant products to be able to wipe down equipment. I 100% recommend anyone to sign up for a membership here. You won’t regret it.
Probably the best gym in NH, along with the best one out of the zoo franchise. The staff, especially Nicole and Scott, are always here to welcome you. Definitely worth a day pass if you want to give it a try!
It is the best gym around!! The club is so clean and there is so much equipment. Nicole signed me up and she was so professional and helpful!
Great gym till covid and you try to cancel. Got the run around for 7 months. Even when finally canceled ended up with another charge. Dont join unless you plan on staying forever. 500 dollars of payments till it was finally all said and done.
I happily paid throughout the pandemic shutdown with hopes to return but it hasn’t worked out and I decided to discontinue my membership for the time being before it was up for annual. Being sick..I tried to contact them last week via email..no reply. I phoned Monday and was told I had to come in..sick or not. Tuesday I tried the phone again but had to go in. Since my annual was due Monday..and my cancellation didn’t happen till Tuesday..I’m stuck with an annual fee. One day..effort made to remedy the week prior..doesn’t make for a member that will return (I even asked about the online membership in my email???)
