So, this is one of my favorite stores. Being in the Steeplegate Mall, I had to at least visit my favorite store. There were about 5 employees. The mall is not busy. So that was the first thing I noticed was WAY too many employees just all hanging out together talking in the store (which is fine) they did acknowledge me walk in, but then they were really more interested in their conversations among themselves that I felt like I was just bothering them by being there. So after walking around the store for a bit, I decided not to purchase anything. The store looked great but I just didn't feel like they cared I was their only customer in the entire store. And I only saw 3 other shoppers IN the MALL during my visit. It's fine. I still love the brand. I'm sure they are struggling with sales. But I guess it just wasn't meant to be that day.

Great sales. Helpful and friendly employees.
Decent prices wide variety of fragrances candles etc. The employees are all helpful and kind.
