Store was clean line was getting long associates were chatting and had to be told to take care of customers once told though line went quickly Managers jumped up and handled situation efficiently but employees should know they are there to work lol

Stuart in the pharmacy deserves a shout out, and likely all the people in that department because it's going on a year and I have never experienced a problem during any encounter or interaction with them.nnIn the last two weeks they have gone over the top to help me get my meds., working with the insurance which recently became very problematic.nnDespite a ton of work, Stuart called my insurance where it took 3 interactions, some seeming unkind, for him to get me straight and get my med. pick-up started. I am grateful.nnI know you all are doing what you are doing, but you are doing it with unprecedented limitations at a time when everyone's patience is wearing thin. Hive-five you, Stuart, and all the folks at the Walgreen's pharmacy on Loudon Rd.nnPS: I encourage anyone to read others' of my reviews, including one of an abysmal Walgreen's experience (Beverly, MA). I call a spade a spade having worked in both customer service and quality assurance, know good customer service when I experience it, as well as the bad and the ugly.
