I'm particular about my hair, so when my old hair stylist moved away, I was anxious about finding a new one. Fortunately, I had been referred to Beauty by Design. Since I started coming here 4 years ago, I have never had a dissappointing visit and feel my stylist listens to me and works with me to resolve issues if needed.nThe greatest compliment I get for my hair is the shock people have when they learn my hair is colored because it looks so natural in me.

Had an appointment with one of their hair stylist and missed an appointment because I was hopitalized, then I scheduled another appointment and she never showed up and her boss didn't even know why I wasn't told. Rescheduled and was told she wouldn't see me anymore for missing several appointments. I missed one but it was ok to have me come in and never show up. How unprofessional.
