Repaired a rental property of Dufaults and never got paid. Contractors beware! Replaced 4x8 plywood and shingles from a 40ft ladder on a 12 pitch roof 3 stories high. Total bill of around $850 . I was told my employees need to work faster and they didn't need to set up safety lines to work safely. They also felt they should not be charged for us having to go get the materials for their job.
