Would have liked to be present when taxes were being done. I'm sure we had questions. If we'd known ahead about waiting in car, we would have been prepared with written question to include in our material. Overall, the set up of the store and the sanitation measures being taken was appreciated. Also, emailing the form we had to complete when we arrived would have been most helpful. We could have had it ready before arriving. Giving upsetting news is never fun, but you were very professional. Thank you.

Hamsa Nas per usual was wonderful! She was quick and efficient. She also made time for me right away by extending her time in office during a very busy time. I appreciate all she did for me and will return to her next year.

Really do not recommend. I went in for my appointment, filled out an information sheet, and briefly spoke to my “tax professional” before waiting in the waiting area until we were done. I found out the next day the return was denied, and I went to look at my copy and found that just on the one page I looked at there were 4 basic errors. She spelt my name wrong, used the wrong last name for both of my sons (even though their names were on the information sheet I’d given), and marked one of my sons as daughter. When I called to complain I was told I’d get a call from a manager, which I never did. I did however receive 4-5 calls in the span of 2 hours during the workday from the “tax pro”. When I did speak to her regarding the denied return, she said that she didn’t feel like she was comfortably able to ask me the questions she needed to to accurately file my return. I didn’t appreciate feeling like she was blaming me after not even being able to put our names down correctly.
