Sport Clips Haircuts of Nashua

I hadn't planned on getting my hair cut today; it was more a spur of the moment thing. But they make it easy to do the last minute visits.nI've never had a bad haircut from Sport Clips. They do a great job, they're friendly and professional, and they trim it the way you want. I don't go anywhere else for my haircuts.

My husband and 8yr old son went in for a haircut for the first time there, one had Miki and the other had Amber. Both were kind and did a fantastic professional job. They will both be back again when needed. For first time customers they gave a shampoo, massage and warm towel so that was relaxing for them.

Got a haircut, shampoo, and massage (MVP) as a first time customer, and that took roughly 15 minutes. But had to wait an extra 45 minutes to pay, because they didn't know that they couldn't split tender between 2 cards. They claimed I was the first person in 4 years since the store opened to attempt a dual card payment for some reason too. Also, in figuring this out, they charged me more than double and didn't believe me when I said such was the case when I noticed it as it was happening because their system hadn't updated yet. (most likely by mistake, but still).nnFor the store's future reference, when voiding a sale and being asked to confirm said void, don't press cancel as you did twice which cancels the void process, but press confirm to allow the void to go through. That's how you double charged me and why my card didn't have funds available. I will be in contact to get a refund soon since I paid you guys a total of $50.43 for my $22 haircut, not including the tip I gave.nnAlso, apparently the store's own help line was a 30 minute wait for the manager, which shows poor maintenance of the store's internal systems and poor communication within the upper levels of management. 30 minutes wait for a customer might be expected, but 30 minutes for the store's manager during operating hours is absurd.nnOverall, haircut experience was good, checkout processnwas abysmal because split tender wasn't possible, nobody knew that, it took 45 minutes before I could pay for my 15 minute haircut, and I was overcharged because the manager didn't void sales properly. Needless to say, after I get my refund, I will not be returning.nnTo any potential customers, just be sure to have casho or have it all on one card. It's $24-$26 for the most expensive cut, $15-$16 for seniors and juniors, and $22 for a normal cut. And if, for whatever reason, they need to void the sale, make sure they or you press confirm void, and not cancel void like they did to me.
