Timberland Factory Store

I’d never recommend this store/location Merrimack NHnVery disrespectful staff. I brought a shoes to my sister but I didn’t realize it wasn’t her size. I went there to return/get the right size, they refused to made the trade/return because they said it was a clearance item, on top of everything everyone at the store was very unprofessional and disrespectful with my family.nWe love timberland, but this location in Merrimack NH is so disgusting. As a customer I’m very disappointed. I’ll never be back at this store!

I got a pair of boots, such a great store. I love it!!

Had on the way shopping just by seeing sale and drop prices of different products. Purchased snow shoes and entirely satisfied with pocket friendly service.

Staff was very helpful. Always loved their product.
