Sperry + Saucony Outlet

I went into this store last weekend to return a pair of shoes, but they didn't have the tan/navy boots I had originally purchased. So the girl working offered to order them from another store for me. She then showed me all the other colors they had available in my size and offered to hold things up front for me. I ended up returning my boots in exchange for two other pairs. The staff was very welcoming and eager to help.

I wear my sperrys fairly often and popped in to grab a new pair, and the girl working informed me of the BOGO 60% so I knew I HAD to get multiple pairs! Everyone was very upbeat and interactive. I had a fun shopping experience. I thought it would've been tough to decide as there were so many choices, but when I asked for advice, I was sold on them. Happy shopper here! Bought a great pair of Sperry gold cup boat shoes with leather uppers calf-skin side and nice rubber soles, definitely comfortable. The young man that works there was very helpful and knowledgeable, and I just happened to hit a sale, and on top of that they gave a veteran's discount, I ended up with a very reasonable price for good quality shoe, definitely a good place to stop and purchase a pair of shoes

I wish there was a way to give negative stars. This is a perfect example of a company that doesn't care about their customers. My family gets a new pair of Sperry's every spring, I especially love how cute my son looks in his boat shoes. My wife had bought rain boots from their outlet store a few years back and most likely wore them about 10 times max. The body of the book completely broke away from the sole, thinking wow I clearly got a defected boot I contacted their customer service. Their feedback was, they only honor defects of up to a year (which is nuts!!!) but since the issue was so extreme they would give me 40% off. I now will never again own a Sperry for the simple reason of there's just simply way to many other companies out there that would have done the right thing, stood behind their brand and made it right. I cycle almost all year around, snowboard, run, etc. and I have had other issues with other shoe companies, without hesitation they resolved the issue no questions ask. I now have good understanding of what Sperry is all about and will never spend another dollar on a Sperry product again.
