Insane return policy. Not even store credit if you are past their 14 day return window. It would be nice if they mentioned this when you’re purchasing.

5 star experience? I don't think so. At first time, when I came Tory Burch in Merrimack NH, the sales person asked my personal information, birthday and email because Tory Burch told me they can give me $40 off coupon on birthday. When I came back to shop on my birthday, I haven't received any coupon. The sales person in Outlets told me I need to call Tory Burch customer service if I want to get birthday coupon, because they does not have right to give me. So, I called customer service, and told me I have to register on their official website for getting birthday coupon. And that they are different part with Tory Burch in Outlets. That's ridiculous!!!
