CRAGHOPPERS does a great job with their staffing. Not only were they knowledgeable and enthusiastic about their products, they also went above and beyond! I live an hour and a half away, and was so carried away talking and joking with the staff while I was there, that we forgot to include a beautiful soft Marla half zip in my purchase! Thankfully, I was able to leave a message and got a call back from Zac the very next day! He took the time to find my sweater, set up payment, and shipped it directly to my home at a lower fee than I would have paid in the store! I've never felt so cared for, and the quality of their clothing is excellent. I will definitely be coming back to shop! Thank you Zac!
