I'm so obsessed with the milk tea at Kung Fu Tea! They are delicious and I appreciate that I can customize the sweetness level. I'm not a fan of solid bubbles but the popping bubbles are so fun!nnTKK chicken is so delicious as well. Every time I've come here the food has been hot and delicious. Sauces have been missed a couple times but that's the only complaint I have so they're doing pretty well.

The employee was super sweet and was patient with my order. It was hard to speak through the glass so it wasn’t anyone’s fault. The wait was short. I had the special strawberry and mango smoothie for the Fruits Basket Event. Although I had to ask for the special stickers, I did receive them with kindness. Thanks for the first time experience inside your shop.

I'm not sure what has been going on at Amherst St location, but my last 3 app orders were not printed by staff to make so I had to wait while they were made. I was told twice that they didn't print for some reason and was causing them to have to print when customers arrive. Defeats purpose of order ahead and given the last time it was all the young staff wrestling in the back (who clearly saw me and said nothing to front store staff) and chatting out of clear view of registers (making me wait 5 minutes before they came over. I was only customer in store.) it seems like someone just wasn't watching the register for orders. Twice I ordered CoCoa Wow and got no Cocoa in 1 and the other was order ahead and after they made it they forgot to put in refrigerator so it had to be remade.nnFood is excellent and drinks amazing when made right, but the decline in service is a concern. They are all really nice, but if these issues persist it could drive customers away. I don't want to see that happen.

The tea is the best in NE, by far. I was surprised by how good the chicken was. I'd come back over and over

I wanted some boba and I got some boba! Definitely a cute and trendy place! They has fast service and parking was easy to find (but only street parking). I enjoyed my blended Thai Tea but it was on the sweeter side.
