Owning, only the Silverado that was serviced, Noyes service center provided a loner vehicle which was unexpected and greatly appreciated. During the day of service, I was contacted several times to confirm what service I wanted for my vehicle. This afforded no surprises or disappointment when I was informed of the amount of repairs or the amount of the bill. All staff that I encountered were professional and courteous.
I always receive the most courteous and professional service when I walk through the doors at Don Noyes Chevrolet. I have been a long-standing customer, and they have always taken care of me.
