I have always come to papgallos and ordered the same meal: prime rib with a baked potato. Our waiter had told us that they only serve them on occasion so I was disappointed. However, she came back a few minutes later and told me that she went to the kitchen and told them how much I love this ritual meal and she got them to make it for me. Love them even more for it!!

We went here for Easter today. The waitress was very nice. We felt extremely rushed when we first sat down. The salads were pretty skimpy. We ordered mozzarella sticks for an appetizer. Standard frozen mozzarella sticks. My husband ordered prime rib which was mostly all fat; no sauce; a couple of veggies and standard frozen French fries. Our daughter had the tortellini Basillico which okay. I ordered the baked haddock. Rubbery, over cooked and down right nasty. Spent $120 on nasty food. So disappointed. Will never go back

Went out with another couple that have never been before and per usual meals and service was excellent! We all got pasta dishes and they came out hot and fresh! The dressings for the salads are all homemade and the oil and bread are a delicious treat with the handcrafted cocktails from the full bar. Didn't see the tap list not sure if they carried any Keene area craft beers. Will hope to go back again soon!

Very good quality and tasty food. I did dine in by myself and they do take the necessary COVID-19 precautions including sanitized utensils that are wrapped when they arrive to the table. I had the Marsala which was nicely done with light flavors. I also had an after dinner espresso. I highly recommend Papagallos.
