Visited several weeks ago while my wife was getting the oil changed on her car and was not able to get anyone to talk to me about cars they had for sale. None of the vehicles have any information on them other than a small tag saying the year VIN and stock number.

Having our daughter attend KSC while we live 12 hours away can be a challenge to help her with car problems. However, from our initial call to the service department on a Monday am, we cannot thank everyone at this dealership enough. They took care of her transportation for class, called us with an estimate, and completed everything we asked to be done on short notice. Typically, we call for an appointment then have to wait several days to take our cars in. Thank you so much for same day, great customer service! ud83dude0a

My husband and I are extremely satisfied with Carter! I am not one who wants to spend hours at a dealership! He Respected that we did everything via phone when we got to the dealership all we had to do was sign and leave a total of 15-20 minutes. He is very accommodating and there are few things we want done and we are going over tomorrow to get it done. Totally happy he was our salesman!
