Honda of Keene

I picked up my brand new vehicle on 3/24/21. The service department had my vehicle ready when I arrived, so I did not have to wait even one second. It was meticulous. They cleaned it beautifully. I took the extra option to have the under carriage rust proofing done and they did a wonderful job. I highly recommend having your vehicle fully maintained at the Honda of Keene dealership, so everything is serviced properly. And...they are on time with their appointments...absolutely NO waiting for your vehicle to be serviced...!! Love em...!!

Mike was great. He was friendly and courteous, and told me exactly what they would be doing on my recall. He informed me that everything was in good shape, so nothing needed to be done in regards to the recall. He then gave me a list of other things that I should be aware of. Everything went smoothly and was done quickly. In the end, he gave me a coupon for a free car wash that I could use at any time. I was very satisfied with the experience.

I had a wonderful experience buying a car from Honda of Keene with the help of my saleswoman Diane. I was a little nervous about leasing for the first time, but Diane put me at ease and made the process of finding a car pain-free (and fun!) I was able to drive off the lot with a new Honda Civic that runs like a dream. Thank you so much to the team at Honda - it’s such a relief to know I and my car needs will be well taken care of from now on.

Sabrina is SO wonderful!! She is smart, knowledgeable, a great listener, and so much fun. She handled my needs with grace and really paid attention to what I was saying. I also got to meet with some other members of the team (Jason and Peter), who were equally impressive. Fair, honest, and made my car purchase a pleasurable experience. A++++
