If I could give this place 100 stars I would. Everyone was so sweet, and I cant thank them enough for their kindness and generosity. 100% the best place for pizza in town

Extremely poor customer service, don't waste your time ordering ahead, apparently they can't even get that correct and your left waiting outside another 30 minutes or longer. The pizza quality is extremely poor as well as the workers. Don't waste your time here just order Pizza hut or a different place if you want service and quality.

Usually don't do this, but the service is redicidous!! Seven employees working, no customers waiting, and only ordered one pizza. Waited forty minutes while they kept telling me it was still in oven! Watching other customers come and go. Only after demanding a manger to give my money back did they try to tell me my order got lost . And this wasn't the first time. Been driving to another county to get little ceasar because the same thing happened a month ago and the pizza was awful. Gave it another chance but no more.!!

Very rude teenage boy at the counter ignoring customers, hot & ready has never been ready since that promotion has started, save your money, or go elsewhere, the pizzas are very low quality, the employees seem to be more interested in talking in a huddle in the back than actually offering any form of customer service. Tried to make an order in store to pick up but the guy at the counter said it'll be a 20 min. Wait & walked away. Never took order. Management is evidently lacking in management skills & the food is less quality that what you'd find in any gas station pizza by the slice.... Crust is either yeast or cardboard. Go to ANY pizza establishment in Mt. Sterling except this place if you're looking for pizza. If you are looking for terrible, rude, unprofessional & disgusting then this is the place for you...

Normally, they are pretty great, but lately their extra most bestest pizza has been lacking the extra most bestest part. Love the stuffed crust though!
