Delivery is too slow!nI am in the same state, and it will take 3 days from when I ordered it. I know this is a small company, but fast shipping is a must. Mailing sure post is a waste of time and money, and will not grow your Business on slow delivery. After contacting the company to see why I was still unable to track the delivery, and discuss the shipping, I felt the need to give feedback. Big cat also couldn't find the tracking info, and had to call me back with it. Big cat will cheap itself out of Business with shipping. Many small companies know that fast shipping is the key to success. Big cat seems to be focused on big orders for normal shipping time, and those of us that order only 4 boxes or less get the intentionally slow sure post. Not good customer service for all!
