Outstanding! Called in about using a crew car for lunch with my family in Laconia. Spoke to very friendly people on the phone and assured me things would be arranged for us. Flew in from Northampton (7B2) and the ground crew brought us the car right to our slip! Friendly and professional service.
I get to visit friends in New Hampshire occasionally. When I make my trips from Texas I found this little gem from my last trip and have loved every encounter since. The people here are incredibly friendly, respectful, helpful, and courteous. The aircraft are in some of the nicest conditions I have ever seen for a rental. Love everything about this place!
These people are great. Very friendly, very helpful, very accommodating of our needs. We flew in in a rickety skyhawk and were treated like royals in a G6.
I did my private pilot license with Emerson Aviation and continued to rent their airplanes. David, Staci, and Bryan all provide excellent flight instruction and their airplanes are all well maintained and in great condition. Emerson sets the standard for flight instruction in the lakes region.
A few months ago, I purchased a Cessna 180 That the annualed last year. There where may airworthiness issues that had obviously been there for years, so they where not the first to pencil whip this aircraft after a shady inspection. You know little things like the wrong carburetor on the engine, unairworthy/unsafe front seats, damaged aileron cables (old damage, just needed to remove the inspection cover to see it), STC’s installed with no paperwork. The list goes on.
