Wow! This was my first experience wedding dress trying on experience with my Grandma, Nana & mom (although I ended up coming back 2 more times). I had the best customer service in person with Dawn (HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU ASK FOR HER WHEN BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT)!! She made this experience so memorable & as stress-less as possible. I really appreciate all the time (probably close to 3 hours total of 3 appointments) she spent helping me find the dress of my dreams. I have only positive things to say about my experience there and I recommend this store to anyone needing a wedding dress. Their selection was the most I've ever seen & I really am glad I did business for my wedding dress there. :)

Found the dress of my dreams (there are tons of beautiful dresses there, even on the clearance rack), however the employees weren’t as helpful and involved as I had hoped(especially since I actually made an appointment), and they seemed to hover when I was pondering my decision and trying to talk with my mother about financial things. Overall it was a fun experience because my family and friends made it fun, but it might have been more helpful if the employees would have helped more since they know much more than I do about wedding dresses. They helped when I asked for something specifically, but other than that it was pretty much my friends doing the work of searching and helping me get dressed. Not a bad experience by any means, but not exactly what I was hoping for from the staff.
