My recent experience with Prairie Hills Ford was very positive. They have proven time and again this is an expectation I can have both in sales and in service. I believe they truly care about my safety and having my vehicle in as good of condition as possible while respecting my choices of options they clearly relay to me.

I called Kevin up on Wednesday and told him that I needed to buy a new service truck immediately. Kevin got on the phone found exactly what I wanted and had it delivered for me today. Very impressed with Lydia in the finance and paperwork department, she had everything ready and painless for signing. I will definitely be returning for my next purchase. The service and parts guys really helped me with my vehicle and got me back on the road in no time.

They did an awesome job on the truck. Courteous and thoughtful. The only reason they did not get a five was because they accidentally forgot to put the antifreeze Reservoir cap back on. That was okay though because we caught it quickly and no damage was done. I really like these guys
