Methodist Cove Campground

Haven't been able to camp there yet but made reservations for August. Truly looking forward to this experience and going to the latte shop in nearby Almo.

Very clean and well maintained park. Easy to get to and park our trailer. Site was long enough and wide enough to accommodate our 32' travel trailer. We stayed in site #57. The only downside was that it was very windy on the point. Our AT&T didn't work well.

We love army corps of engineer campground s, this one has a lovely location but it seems like the redheaded stepchild of the parks. The grass was so long we couldn't find our dog and he was on a leash. We stayed for a week. I would go back for the setting but and it's not the best-kept of the campgrounds in the system. rvers who can get by with just electricity book site 58 or 57 on the lake absolutely gorgeous you'll watch birds all day long.

The only thing is that need to pick up the grass when that more if they don't do this the buds let there eggs and then we have a big problem inter camp sits
