Love this gym! It’s clean and staff is always so nice, I appreciate how they clean. I go early and Ryan, and Lexi are very helpful! Great job Planet! Thanks for making working out safe! In a clean environment! Kudos to you!

The employees doesn’t know how to talk to people. I see all of them on their phones even the supervisor, he’s not even paying attention. They also don’t wear masks like they require us too. So why wear them if your own employees don’t?

All of the younger employees, especially the young lady who is manager during the afternoons are just plain rude. They all lack good customer service skills. Worse planet fitness I have ever been too. Do not recommend.

The gym isn't too busy and the staff are so helpful! I met the trainer, Marvin for the first time today, and he'll help you with whatever you need. Whether losing weight, or gaining muscle. They have many policies in place for covid and are doing their best to stay open during these times for people like me.

I have been going to this gym since it was built and I never before had any issues until new management.nI do not feel comfortable while knowing the new manager stares unprofessionaly at women, he talks behind members backs in front of other members. The gym is no longer clean, mold in showers. I had issues with billing and instead of the manager being professional and respectful he argued with me lied about refunding money. It is sad that I no longer enjoy myself in my gym because of this.
