Had the oil changed on my mom's truck on Thursday, April 1st. First off, the guy asked for a gratuity ??? Then my husband noticed oil under the truck when he got off of work today.... He climbed under it and found that the plug to the oil pan was not tightened fully!!! Thank goodness he noticed it before we took it back to my mom's 350 miles away. This could have been a very bad situation! We will be contacting them tomorrow.
Usually it's not bad going there. This time someone didn't latch my food all the way and on the way home my hood flew up on me and my husband. Sent them a gmail with the pictures of my dented and wreaked hood on Tuesday of this week and got no response and it's been four days since I sent the gmail and no response. I will not be going there again.
It took less than 10 minutes to complete the oil change and was 20 bucks less than omaha oil changes. Great expirience.
Very polite, worked fast, got right in.
