Starbucks

Quality of the coffee is very poor. Several times, I have given them a try and the coffee is always bitter, with that 'burnt' flavor you get with the cheap convenience store brews. The people are great, always ready to make it right. Problem is, they can't seem to fix their bitter brews, even with a Carmel macciato with extra caramel and a caramel lined cup.

I asked for them to remake my drink and they told me if I didn't like it, To make my own? Y'know what? I will make my own cause I'm not going back there. The people at Hy-Vee's Starbucks atleast have the kindness to remake if they didn't make it right.

Irregular hours and signs should be posted in drive through when they decide to just close up. Very inconsistent quality of orders. I've had some good cups of coffee and I've had some really terrible cups. Friendly staff though.

Fast, friendly service. They didn't have their cookies/bakery items on display, not my first rodeo though so I knew what I wanted.

Good service when they are open, they always have the wrong hours posted and are never open when they say they are.
