Some bright bulb that works down there decided to put a red lock on my storage unit even though I pay my bill every month on time. When I called to find out the reason they told me they were missing lease information. It would have been nice to get a phone call or letter in the mail before they put a red lock on my door.nnThey inconvenienced me greatly and caused a lot of my stuff to get rained on because I couldn't get it in the storage building.nnI updated my original review to three stars just because the lady in the front office was so nice. Her name is Melissa and she is a pleasure to deal with.
I received a phone call from them reaching out to assest me with my current financial situation. They worked out a solution and helped me. I appreciate the time and effort that I was given.nThey are very attentive in helping resolve any issues. Thank you SROA.

Monthly rent has already been increased less than one year after leasing unit.nNo dumpster privileges.nBlacktop within the facility is horrendous especially up front by the entrance.nAre there any plans to fix it?
