I must say, I felt the need to write a review based on the quality of service given by RACHEL AT THE MANKATO OFFICE this morning alone! I called a few law firms after recently firing my last attorney - Hoglund Law (DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!) - and was expecting only to leave a voicemail and get a call back, but would you know that RACHEL (I hope I spelled your name right, dear!) answered my phone call over 15 minutes BEFORE they even opened?nnShe was genuine, concerned, and, most importantly, LISTENED to me as I was describing my very unique case and what I had gone through, and immediately set me up with a phone appointment with an attorney this Friday at 4! I was shocked that she was able to do this without consulting the attorney prior to! Needless to say, I am VERY HAPPY at the way my case was ALREADY handled, and CONFIDENT that they will turn my decision from a “cannot do past work, but can do other work” to “there are no jobs”!nnThank you, Rachel Mankato, and Reitan Law Firm!
