The things I appreciated most about Dave, was his ability to explain upfront in layperson's terms the process for filing legal action, the pros and cons with each strategic decision, and to continue to keep me informed with my options throughout the process. I felt like I had a committed and caring partner to my case.

I worked primary with Dave Cody regarding a car accident in 2017 that has caused me much pain and will continue to do so probably long term. Dave was very thorough in making sure the timing was right to proceed and then also close my case as well. He has been very friendly through all of this. Despite moving out of state we were able to communicate fairly well via email. I had never dealt with anything like this before, but Dave and his team took care of pretty much everything for me with minimal work on my end. Very grateful a friend referred me to him.

Worked primarily with Dave, but all of the Codys and everyone at the firm are such a pleasure to work with. I got into my first accident and had no idea how to go about everything, but Dave and everyone else made things so easy to understand and were extraordinary in representing me. With them on the case, I could continue with my everyday life without worrying about my treatment getting taken care of. They are all truly trustworthy people and deeply caring of their clients. I would recommend the firm to anyone in a heartbeat.

Very Bad experience with this group! Do not recommend at all. They don't care about you as an individual, they only care about what they can benefit from you!!!
