I highly recommend working with Carlson and Associates. We have had a very successful relationship between the Associations I manage and Carlson for over 3 years. They have collected an unprecedented amount of old debt, advised the Boards of Directors, and provided professional legal guidance on many association items/issues. Working specifically with Tom Carlson has been a wonderful experience and I always feel he has the associations best interest at heart. His professionalism and expertise is very reassuring and has provided me with lots of confidence in helping my Boards understand their options with different legal situations.
