Prices are based on what you make. My husband and I are duel military NCOs and are one pay rate below the highest bracket (ie generals and GS 14). This is unrealistic especially when many families are like us and have to pay large sums in child support (which is not considered). We did consider taking our child here for part time care but I recieved fairly bad feedback from other parents on the part time care personnel there. When I called for more information I did not receive a very professional answer and I many questions were not fully answered. I generally felt very uncomfortable with what care my child would get and I would have had to put my family in financial hardship to go here so. There is a packet that can be done if you can prove to finance planning that you have a hardship but it is not automatic and has to be recompleted often. Being duel military I could not wait to see if and how much we would be discounted. I am generally just saddened because the on base care facility price I would pay is over 200.00 more then the majority of off post care facilities or nannies. On base should be the soldier friendly care.
