I highly advise to go in after 3-4 pm most days, the manager that usually is there I think that goes by Maryann is amazing, she’s always doing her job everytime I come in, I came in just the other night, it was just her in the store making the food and getting it out the oven and the wings and getting it done by herself. I can see a difference slowly but I can say since I’ve been seeing Ms. Maryann up at the Knox store I’ve noticed a change. Ask for Maryann!

Ordered an online delivery at 1900 and I waited hour and half for it to get here. Also called for them to tell me that they didn’t even see the order. Turns out it was on my porch and they didn’t call or knock to let me know It was out there so the food was cold. Please call or knock Next time.nnI appreciate you working during this time but I didn’t appreciate the cold food.

Ordered a pizza and cheese sticks, received 2 large pizzas not even close to what I ordered. Tried to call back and sent to 7 diff people in customer service while trying to transfer to a manager and the store. Never again Karen

EDIT: they hang up on me (3rd time now) and now aren’t answering their phone. ud83eudd37ud83cudffd‍♂ufe0fnnSo, I’ve ordered from here 3 times in the last 45 days...figured I’d wait for a review just to get a few experiences.nnEVERY delivery - they forget something. Either the 2 liter, the wings, etc. EVERY...delivery. Talk about annoying.nnThis time...they forgot the wings. They bring back the wings...and forgot the ranch. Done. This place is helpless.nnI don’t know how their delivery driver system works but that thing needs to be revamped.

This experience at Pizza Hut was the worst experience I’ve ever encountered at a restaurant. I ordered a 16 piece breaded bone-out wings (honey bbq) and apple pie. My brother picked up the order and when I opened the wings, I was immediately disappointed and irritated. It appeared as if the person who prepared the wings barely put sauce on them. So I call the store. I spoke with a female. I explained the problem and she told me that they could only put 4oz of sauce on the wings. So I asked for a refund and she said I would have to speak with a manager. Once the manager got on the phone I explained the problem and he, the “General Manager” Jimmy, told me the same. He said I have to pay extra for the sauce. I asked for a refund and he asked me how many wings did I eat (I had consumed 0). Not once did he apologize.nnSo when I went to the store, he opened the wings then closed them and started shaking them. While shaking them, he said, I usually tell customers they have to shake the wings because the sauce drains to the bottom, which I understand but THEY didn’t even shake the wings. So then, he grabbed a receipt and continued to write on it and then asked me to sign it. (I attached a picture of the wings and receipt). Basically, he wrote that the customer wanted extra sauce but didn’t want to pay for it. That statement got me HOT, I was trying to keep my cool because I was on base and I’m a service member and I didn’t want any trouble. So I refused to sign the receipt and then he opened the wings and said so you want your money back for this (the wings were looking the way they should but after driving there and the wings getting cold, I just wanted a refund) I told him yes and showed him the picture of what I saw when I opened the wings.nnHonestly, I’m not a confrontational person. And I don’t believe that all customers are right. If the MANAGER had DECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, all of this would have been avoided. Since he TELL all his customers to shake the wings, he should have told me, I apologize about the wings but may you do me a favor and give the wings a few shakes and if it still is not to your liking, I will fix it. But instead he basically blamed me, making it like I wanted something free. If he has to tell customers to shake the wings all the time, HE should make sure the wings are coated with sauce before serving them to a customer because it is their job, not the customers. If I have to further prepare food I order, I would simply make it myself.nnBtw, I shook the wings before I took them back and they still weren’t coated with sauce. I understand polices, I assure you, but one should look at the food they serve to customers and ensure that it is right. It’s blatantly obvious that he is incompetent as a manager and a person of “customer service”.
