Very bad! Slow, dirty, poorly organized
No came here
Slow as hell loading. Guy named Ben in shipping answers the phone with a attitude like you are disturbing his day for inquiring about you Load status. If you don’t like your job then get a different one. I have a two stop load with the fresh side at JBS loading me yesterday but my trailer has been stuck over here for 24 hours for the remaining product. I’ve been here since 130 pm the previous day and now it’s 3pm the next day. One guy during the night shift said I should be done at 2am well no one brought my trailer because it’s still in the dock. Luckily my carrier is charging the broker for the detention and extra money has been added to the rate con but now the window for delivery has shrunk a lot. If you are a owner op, believe most of the negative reviews at the JBS, TriState, and this location. They aren’t worth doing business with. Better off letting others like Prime Inc and others handle this freight. At least they will load their trailers days before arrival compared to owner ops. Last meat load I’ll sit ages for.
Very rude people take slowly to load your trailer
I've always wondered how shag services justify being rude to drivers. I guess it's because drivers don't have any choice bit to take it.
