Nice big sites. Plenty of room for tents or a midsized trailer/rv. Nice overlooks of Lake McDougal. Bathrooms (pit toilets) are clean. Well water has a solar pump, and tastes very clear. Access road in and out of campground is will maintained. Quiet and peaceful.
Awesome place to spend a long weekend. Site was spacious, clean, quiet and overlooking the lake.
Drove here for hours to camp and it's closed. No sign at entrance, on the map, why and when it will open. No sign at the turn off that it's closed. So upsetting.
Family fav. Love McDougal, great scenery, great experiences.
