A friend of mine had told me about the deal they had on Pop xtra disposable vape smokers. So I started to buy them there. Well the last 3 I purchased did not work. The father always has me try them before I leave. The son didn't. So when I attempted to return it. He says it policy to try them first. He didn't give me that opinion before I left. They are $11 a piece. Because he didn't follow his own policy. I do not get to return it. Working in customer service myself. That's not how you treat a customer. Especially a repeat one.
