Storage units are pretty universal, right? They offer 24/7 access with a key code and units that are fairly priced. I was able to get a special on my unit and I was able to fit a lot in it. The checkout process was simple and easy. Debra at the office was great to work with.
Very poor customer service. They continually increase my rate, and have not provided justifiable reasons. I am moving storage units because of how much I dislike this place and their business practices.

This is my fourth year renting space at iStorage in Saint Louis Park.nThe best part of using this facility is the Manager, Debra Olson who is always nice and very helpful to ensure my storage need are met. Over the years every space I have rented from her is always clean; and I appreciated flowers on the property. Moreover, I appreciate the benefits of a secure facility and the entrance and exit gates that have always worked. I have absolutely no complaints and plan on renting storage space at the Saint Louis Park facility again in the Spring of 2021. Thank you Debra for all that you do! So appreciated. AGIII
Rented here for a few years. Awesome place. Very well looked after and secure. Would highlynrecommend. Debra was always so helpful and understanding about everything. She was a big help especially when I had to switch to a bigger unit. A++
