Very disappointed in this company. I called on behalf of my employer and was told someone would reach out to me to discuss details- an out of state sales office called hours later to try and convince me to sign a 5 year contract without discussing any services offered- I had previously worked with this company with a different employer and asked for the same set up/terms as before and the sales rep was very harsh and condescending towards me. I told him I felt he was trying to exploit my interest in utilizing his company's services and he dismissed me and said someone else local would follow up with me. No one has followed up with me. The reason I rated two stars and not one is only because of the original woman I spoke with was very nice and cheery.
