A great harness horse racing park and stables grounds for housing horses (though I've heard that they're doing away with that service?) that's owned and operated by our local County Government's Parks and Recreation Department.nnThe namesake for this park, Mr. Luther F. Carson, had a love for the outdoors and in particular horse races.nnEvery year this park plays host to numerous keynote events such as our community's annual quilt show, County Fair, antique; car, truck and tractor shows and still, occasionally, live harness racing.nnIf you come to this area you MUST pay a visit to Carson park. Which is FREE and open to the public with plenty of parking and great scenic views. See you there!
Beautiful flowers awesome bird houses & feeders &another Man also had different kinds of black berry jams hickory smoked flowered marinara sauce lots of goodies at Carson Park the other day & also will be at downtown Market place too on some Saturdays till 12:00
We were at the stables. Its a nice place.
Not much there but when there is a function or event it is awesome.
Great grounds, love the arena.
