I have been coming to this location for many years, the management must have changed recently which brought in new personal bankers.. and for me I feel like this is very frustrating everytime I go to the bank I'm there at least a half-hour just to make a quick deposit I feel like their new help Dodges the answers to the questions I'm asking and over explains things that have no relevance to my question... I do believe it is time for me to close these accounts and move to a different financial institution good luck to all..
